As I was walking back to my car after class last Thursday, I noticed these odd looking flowers. Poppys? Who knows. The completely closed ones feel like furry cat paws, or something, and were awesome to touch. The one that is in the process of opening reminded me of the Little Shop of Horrors. If you get a chance to "pet" these flowers (in front of Fenton Hall) in the next week or so, I promise it will make your day.

Ever seen "Invasion of the Body Snatchers"? Yeah, those are alien pods and yeah, its growing an alien clone of you inside so you can be killed and the clone can take your place and then alien clones will take over everything and it'll be too late because you will already be dead and cloned.
yes those are poppies, just think of Wizard of Oz and you're on the right track.
Your picture inspired me to step out side and investigate my own little garden... I just added a giant (I mean massive) poppie and some other flowers.. You should check it out. Laters, and I had a blast at the sushi night, great job on that one...
